WebJan 4, 2024 · The Transtheoretical Model (aka TTM) is a theoretical model of behavior change which helps one assess the willingness of an individual to adapt to new and healthier behaviors. The assessment also provides a guideline full of processes and strategies to help the individual achieve the desired “healthy” behavioral outcome. WebSelf-efficacy is an individual’s belief that they have the ability to perform and maintain a new behavior that will or has substituted a problem behavior. Self-efficacy can be assessed with a questionnaire where a participant is asked to rate how easy they believe adopting the new behavior would be. An example is shown here.
