How to set focus mode in teams

WebJan 18, 2024 · I have this problem but have somehow managed to turn on soft focus and now don't have the setting available to turn it off. This is for the Mac app. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but soft focus came on again after about a second delay when I started the new installation for the first time. When I'm using the browser there is no soft focus.
