Re: Bravo3 cone clutch replacment As long as there is no signs of impact, Merc will cover it. I should say they should cover it. It's a new boat with no signs of damage. Have had new boats in the shop before when I worked for a Merc and Volvo dealer and they never even sent a rep to look at it. The drive is going into gear but the cone is slipping causing no engagement to the gears.This will have to be addressed by a qualified tech for repair.Ok the lube shouldn't be an issue.
